We believe in knowing our tenants and helping those that we can. Since 2014, I have taken the time to educate the “Self Group” from Lakeland Mental Health on various issues related to renting an apartment; this is an experience I look forward to each year! Connecting with the community is a key factor to my company. In 2012 we were recognized for our work with Southeast Human Service Center as well. I feel going above and beyond to know your tenants is what will set you aside from the rest….. ask my tenants, most have been with me for years!

I am a proud supporter of many youth athletic organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead community, such as Fargo Babe Ruth Baseball, FM Athletics, and Post 2 Baseball.  I have also supported the El Zagal Shrine Circus for the past few years; in 2018 I sponsored a bike for a child.
