- Lawn must be mowed – trimming where needed
- Â Weeds must be pulled
- Hedges & Bushes must be pruned and trimmed.
- Flower beds, gardens, and other similar types of areas must be kept clear of weeds and
overgrowth - Leaves, rubbish, grass trimmings, and other debris must be cleared and properly disposed of.
- Sweep sidewalks if needed
SNOW
- All Sidewalks, Driveways, Walkways must always be kept clear of snow and ice.
